Sipho leads NDALOWA's commercial and strategic execution across commodity trading, logistics structuring and asset investment. A Chartered Accountant with foundations at Deloitte and experience in the coal trading sector, he combines financial discipline with transaction structuring expertise. He oversees export execution, funding structures and corridor strategy, ensuring transactions are delivered in line with agreed commercial and operational parameters.
Chief Operations Officer
Dione oversees operational execution across NDALOWA's mine-to-port value chain. With over 15 years' experience in metallurgical engineering, quality assurance and cross-border coal logistics, he leads export coordination and technical compliance. His expertise spans SCoTA loading compliance, quality management systems and operational control frameworks, ensuring cargo integrity from mine gate through to vessel loading.

Chief Commercial Officer, London
Leading the NDALOWA's office in London, Ben heads the commercial trading desk and international market interface. A dual-qualified Chartered Accountant (SAICA and ICAEW), he brings experience across audit, corporate finance and transaction structuring within the UK market. He is responsible for trade structuring, financial oversight and risk management across FOB and CFR transactions into global markets.
